K. Neal International demonstrates its commitment to customer service by operating one of the largest dealer owned service centers in the Washington Metropolitan area. Our 3 facilities are fully staffed, uniquely equipped and conveniently located to serve K. Neal International customers. K. Neal International Service Department is also responsible for performing pre-delivery inspections on all trucks sold by the company.
Customer convenience is enhanced by K. Neal International's commitment to Periodic Maintenance (PM) and our strong service capabilities. A varied menu of PM plans and inspection services are available for all types and brands of heavy and medium duty trucks. Each plan is tailored to the specific needs of the customer. Periodic maintenance can be performed at one of our three facilities.
K. Neal International service technicians are well versed and factory trained in the maintenance and repair of International, Fuso, and Hino trucks. No matter what the brand-make up of your fleet, you can enjoy a single source for service at K. Neal International.
