Sharon Calomese

 A finance professional with over 20 years experience, Sharon began her career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. Sharon obtained her   CPA from the State of CT and joined PepsiCo where she held several positions of increasing responsibility. As Finance Manager for the former PepsiCo division – Pizza Hut, Sharon was responsible for providing financial leadership to operations management related to improving the overall financial performance of the business and leading all financial aspects related to the  development of 25 new delivery locations in the mid west. As the controller for $100M U.S. Auto Glass Centers business, Sharon led the reengineering of accounting operations and control. Prior to joining K. Neal, Sharon was senior director of financial planning and analysis at Giant Foods, Inc., a $5B grocery retailer in MD. Sharon holds a BS degree in accounting from Fairfield University, and an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago.

William (Bill) Caterham
SVP/GM

Bill brings a diverse business background of accounting, finance and operations experience.  Bill began his career as an auditor for Ernst & Ernst.  During that time, he became a CPA licensed to practice in New York. Bill was recruited by Ryder where he worked for 19 years in a variety of expanding roles that included management positions in accounting, financial planning, acquisitions, and financial reporting.  Bill’s last position was Director of US Operations for Vehicle Sales and Asset Management. In 2002, Bill was hired as the CFO for J. Price International Truck, Inc. After 18 months, he left to form a new ice cream manufacturing company based in Baltimore, MD.  Unfortunately, this venture did not succeed.  Bill was persuaded to return to the dealership in his former role.  Bill will now shift to manage the Parts and Service operations for the dealership. Bill holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of New York at Buffalo.  Bill lives in Annapolis, MD with his wife and two young children.  Bill is an avid endurance athlete, experienced sailor and a member of various leadership committees within his Church.

Roderick (Rick) Patton
VP - Sales

Rick brings 14 years of new and used truck sales experience with International Truck & Engine Corporation. After 4 years in the U.S. Air Force, Rick joined the International Finance Group as a finance zone representative. After a few years, Rick became the business manager for International’s Used Truck Center in Philadelphia, PA. This was the beginning of his transition to sales where he continued to excel. Rick was recognized as a prestigious diamond club performer and a top 5 performer in the country for several years. Due to his success in both the wholesale and retail sales markets, Rick was asked to manage the International Baltimore Used Truck Center where he drove an increase in revenue of more than 160%. He was then asked to join new truck sales where he called on the 65 largest customers in Maryland and Pennsylvania. In his last role, Rick was Key Market Manager for the 3 largest markets in the Northeast which included the J. Price International AOR. Rick holds a BAA in accounting from Saginaw Valley State University. Rick, his wife Corey and son Jauron reside in Upper Marlboro, MD.

Jack Claunch
VP - Parts

 Jack brings 28 years of logistics, sales, production, operations and general management experience to the K. Neal  organization.  Jack began his professional career with the Coca-Cola Bottling Company before moving to the Campbell’s Soup Company and finally working for the Pepsi Bottling Group prior to joining K. Neal.  While working with his prior employers, Jack was always instrumental in growing his company’s business by improving his customer service standards.  One of the ways that he accomplished this was by placing a premium on improving organizational capability through better training, hiring practices and score carding results.  Jack has been recognized by his former employers and customers for building sales and logistics teams that always met or exceeded profit and cost plans while still meeting customers service expectations.  Since joining the K. Neal organization in the Parts Department, Jack has been rebuilding and improving customer sales and service expectations.  To accomplish these objectives, Jack has utilized Parts Action Plans and Scorecards that helped to meet or exceed his priorities and business objectives.  Jack lives in Ashton Maryland, with his wife Peggy.
